Hello! I’m Ema, an architecture student with a minor in real estate development and construction project management, pursuing my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland.
My work focuses on creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetic spaces that unite communities and promote a healthier future. With my educational experience in architecture and professional experience in project management and real estate, I bridge the gap between concept and execution.

- Assisted in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation to support construction management.
- Reviewed architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.

The Harbor Plaza is a tranquil urban space inspired by Greenacre Park in New York, featuring a cascading waterfall and a trellis-covered walkway that seamlessly blend nature with modern design to create a peaceful retreat.
